The Controller collects the following categories of personal data:

Browsing data: The computer system automatically acquires data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. These include IP addresses, browser type, operating system, domain name, addresses of sites from which access was made, information about pages visited, time of access, and time spent on each page.

Voluntarily provided data: Through the contact form on the site, users may voluntarily provide: full name, email address, phone number, travel date and message. This data is processed solely to respond to the user's request.

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Responding to contact and quote requests submitted via the form;

Browsing data is retained for no longer than 30 days, unless needed for the ascertainment of crimes.

Under Articles 15–22 GDPR, data subjects have the right to:

• Access (Art. 15): obtain confirmation of processing and a copy of their data;


• Rectification (Art. 16): request correction of inaccurate data;


• Erasure (Art. 17): request deletion of their data ("right to be forgotten");


• Restriction (Art. 18): request restriction of processing;


• Portability (Art. 20): receive data in a structured, machine-readable format;


• Objection (Art. 21): object to processing at any time;


• Withdrawal of consent: withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.

Data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali — www.garanteprivacy.it), Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome, Italy.

Personal data is not sold, transferred or disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes. It may only be disclosed to technical service providers necessary for the operation of the website (e.g. hosting providers), who act as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR.
